Both. I call it the ‘People’s Republic of Scotland’ now. It’s so politically correct. Example : All vending machines in Glasgow hospitals were removed during Ramadan in case Muslim staff were offended. This a week after the Glasgow Airport attack. You couldn’t make it up.
