I’ve never eaten there, I’m guessing Chipotle is about as authentic as Taco Bell. Just like Olive Garden is authentic Italian and Outback Steakhouse is authentic Australian. //

Well plus, the burrito and most of the food at Chipolte is only Mexican-American. I would expect that my SiL and her sisters had their first taste of burritos and tacos after they emigrated here just like I think most Mexican-Americans probably won’t have Peruvian style chicken and pisco until they come to the U.S.
