Starting now, registered users will not be able to rate comments, entries, or links unless they have posted at least 50 comments.

This has been a long time coming…tired of seeing obvious socks, trolls, and other assorted bozos screw up posters’ karma just because they could, while not adding little, if anything, to the conversation.
