I remember an old one by the Onion that had George W. Bush reaching out to the Hispanic community with a generous tip lol. It was kind of mean since for all Bush’s faults, I think he did care about reaching out to Hispanics, sure his Spanish probably wasn’t the best but he was making an effort at least and I think he did sincerely understand that your average Hispanic immigrant was coming here to make a better life for themselves and their family.

I agree. For the most part I couldn’t stand W. , but he did get it right where Hispanics are concerned.
