Drudge has it at $1500 - and that’s just one dress.
By way of contrast, I make considerably less than 1500.00 per month… with a mortgage to pay, a minor child still at home, and a daughter to put through college.
No emergency fund, no savings, no retirement.
Our diet isn’t too bad now - better than it was on food stamps - but we still we can’t afford to dine in restaurants, and a refrigerator full of fresh produce is still out of reach more often than not. Hell, I’m lucky if I can get all of the utility bills out at the end of the month.
