I am pretty sure the way the military works is you follow lawful orders, whether you have “mission clarity” or not.

I read her points, and I don’t know what she means. Certainly the military forces involved in any mission, I’m assuming, know why they are there. Then there are secret missions, like this one, that if they aren’t secret, they aren’t successful.
