Mark Zuckerberg got married today, to his long-time girlfriend. They kept it secret by inviting everyone to the house for her graduation party (she finished med school last week).

(California is a community property state… every dollar he ever made before today, including the IPO payout, is entirely his. Same for dividends from stock he owned before the wedding. His $1/year salary, plus whatever she earns as a doctor, belongs equally to both of them.)

In the modern world, a rich man needs to protecting his property when marrying. So there’s nothing wrong with him timing things as he did. Facebook is his company, and he earned the money.
