I don’t think Rep. Serrano is an idiot or needs to be punched. The wingnut bloggers and talking heads are the ones to blame here for not doing the most basic research instead of just devolving into OMG Repeal 22nd Amendment? Obama=Dictator for Life!!!!! without realizing that presidents were still elected, even before the 22nd Amendment.
