That’s fine. It has nothing at all to do with my point: The positions of these people are known before they’re elected, and they get elected for the positions that they hold.
And there is campaigning for the school board, and it goes far, far, far beyond just filling out forms and putting up lawn signs.
If they are so “fiercely ” fought over and “millions” are spent on them, then can you explain why there’s only “10% turnout for school board” ?
