if im remembering and reading it right, this is the employee/executive perks not paying taxes on all their income case.*

- there should be significant unpaid back payroll taxes to the Org for all those years.
- that comes with some stiff statutory penalties and interest
- IRS trust fund penalties too

it could also change the net income reported all those years, which passes through to spy45 himself and would affect all his income taxes.

that’s federal and state and city taxes

then each of the executives is also looking at changes to their income taxes too. for each year.

oh, and there’s no statute of limitations on federal civil fraud penalties

*the other case is the one where the Org understated values for tax purposes and overstated for insurance and loans
