Looks like anyone in a #2 or #3 leadership post in a terrorist organization doesn’t have his career on a “growth track”.

Hope they get #1 soon.

That’s a bit of a problem since there are two #1s - Khalid Meshaal and Ismail Haniyeh. Meshaal is in Damascus, while Haniyeh is supposedly somewhere in Gaza.
