Except that the eradication of polio via vaccination has saved countless millions from unimaginable horrors and lifelong disabilities or death. Ditto for smallpox*. And vaccines for other communicable diseases.

* Smallpox was responsible for an estimated 300–500 million deaths during the 20th century alone and the disease persisted into the 1960s before it was eradicated in one of the most successful vaccination campaigns ever.

Can’t you see how evil and wrong it was to vaccinate those people who otherwise might have gone to see the big spirit in the sky already but instead were forced to live long and productive lives where they might have sinned and lost their eternal salvation?
