The fact that contraception saves a ton of downstream healthcare costs doesn’t seem to penetrate the heads of even the self-identified ‘fiscal conservatives.’

Because they’ve got it drilled into their heads that “Obamacare” is taking money out of their pockets, thus to them, this mandate is just one more thing looking to suck money from them.
