An Arab, raised Muslim, who became a Christian. There’s a distinction there. I don’t want to bash this man, but he was raised in a violent subsect of Islam, and has now rejected the faith completely.

I respect his deeds, but I am not about to get into polytheism, or worse, dualism, on his behalf.

i don’t disagree. But neither would i say that he’s bigoted. of course he means “Allah” as understood by the violent subsect of Islam. Asking him to be more precise rings, to me, of hollow piety. We know what he meant.
