What options do the various judges have now, if Chuck continues to fail to respond? Arrest warrants? Default judgments against him?

Default judgments. Arrest warrants are for criminal cases. This is civil.

There’s two possible scenarios: 1) CCJ and Gawker’s attorneys are in deep negotiations, probably centering around having CCJ appear live on the internet, shirtless, adorned with Badges Of Shame and singing loudly an apology and admitting he shits on floors and is a closet case or 2) Gawker’s lawyers are preparing to file a Motion for Summary Judgment, which the judge will bang the gavel on and sigh in relief that this shitshow is no longer in his courtroom.
