I disagree sir. As a child of the eighties looking back it was so eclectic…a buffet of music to choose from if you will. Rap was new authentic, pop was pretentious but innocent, country was not a caricature that it is now and though hard rock had it hair spray issues with the dudes, it rocked.

Music was better that today’s…TV was worse then.

Music was better because we were younger and less critical, and so was TV for the same reason and even the picture snow from the big bang helped the concentration. (Of course I don’t know your age)
