Brookly - bad idea, I know this.

All that does is keep the same-old, same-old programs, with staff reductions, resulting in and increasingly frazzled staff, and inefficient and effective management of the programs.

I’ve seen what that does, with my own eyes, year after year after year, at the state level.

Decide what’s important, and fund fully.

Decide what is NOT important and get rid of that.

But…but…that would make sense instead of being a simple-shit bumper-sticker solution.

And it would require people who can think.
