Sad story - and I feel sorry for Mrs. B. She sounds like an awesome teacher. But what about the teachers all those rowdy kids had previously? They share some of the blame (with the parents).

OK, so we’ve figured out a way to blame the teachers. Now tell me, how is merit pay gonna work again?
