The National Rifle Association itself claims a membership of about three million people. That’s less than one percent of the US populace. If you only count those of voting age, that number is somewhere around two percent.

With all those businesses bailing out now with the press from the Parkland teenagers and their friends and fellow survivors all around the country, the NRA is in real trouble. They cannot seize the message, and they’re lashing out.

They currently claim 5 million…but your point stands.

I mentioned this the other day. How can so many politicians be so in bed with a lobby group that represents so few??? And some claim that overall it isn’t really all about the money. So what is it?

I’m thinking it is a smoke and mirrors organization that also has the loudest membership ever and a controlling body that makes scary noises that politicians fear more than staring down the barrel of an NRA gun.

Not only are they getting beat badly about the head by the students…we may be learning they are nothing more than a fake facade of the gun industry and Wayne LaPierre is the “Great Wizard” hiding behind the curtains of the Big Scare Machine they have created.
