Not sure, but there’s a Rick Warren angle there too. It seems he’s not willing to condemn the law that would provide the death penalty for HIV positive men who engage in “aggravated homosexuality”.

He said he can’t comment on the laws of other nations. Well, sure he can. He just would reveal himself to all the world as a bigot and supporting laws that would put someone to death for their sexual orientation.
