It is. We have a lot of recommendations in force, which means up to 2 years in the slammer if you fail to comply, and depending on the consequences of your non-compliance, you may end up up river for 18 to life for “aggravated spreading of poison or disease”
Temporary laws are being decided on by Parliament, and tweaks to existing laws are coming.
Basic law (our constituion) sets a very high bar on forcing citizens to do things here or infringing on their rights, like the Finnish lockdown got bitchslapped by a judge eventually.
