Jealousy? That’s an oversimplification of things. It’s not jealousy. It’s rage against a system that compensates assholes and idiots with millions and billions of dollars a year for doing jack shit for society and in many cases, the very corporations they’re commanding.

Try another thing while you’re thinking about this. Work your ass off and then even if your reap the fruits of your labor you can watch your 401K or retirement fund vanish into the cesspool of Wall Street and the Dow. Then, if you happen to lose your job and are over 50 years old you have to deal with the rampant ageism that exists in the country not unlike South America.

You had to be exceptionally unlucky to be down 30 percent, assuming you held on when the market tanked and now have recovered some. And it’s not a cesspool. It’s a bubble that popped. Not to say I saw it coming, but my losses are my own damned fault and yours are yours.
