Assuming the numbers have been accurate, the economy is the part that scares me. It’s also very vulnerable to a debt-ceiling FU. Then Obama’s only hope would be to do a good job of tying the second dip to Boehner’s ass.

There will be no default on the debt ceiling. The GOP’s real masters, Wall Street and corporations, won’t allow it. The TPers are still the rubes that make up the base, but the money guys are pulling the strings and calling the shots.
