It was reported that Tillerson said Trump is a fucking moron and was talked out of resigning. Tillerson gave a press conference and denied threatening to resign but didn’t deny the comment. Trump tweeted it was fake news but could beat Tillerson in an IQ test.

Ah, oh yes, I remember now the ‘moron’ quip from last week. I hadn’t caught the Trump thing about IQ tests. Donnie is out of his element on that point.
