He won’t have to. Olympia Snow and Arlen Specter (the Man with Two Left Arms) will give this the veneer of “bipartisanship” that it needs to smooth over any qualms individual democrats might hold.

Any chance those RINOs will be defeated? Does the GOP even support them and if so why? Throw in Chafee BTW.
