Italy

Luxembourg
Netherlands
Norway
Poland
Portugal
Romania
Slovakia
Slovenia
Spain
Turkey
United Kingdom

It’s not so much about honor; it’s about a binding treaty. Unless the US just says, “Fuck it dudes, you’re on your own” and walks from NATO, if any of the aforementioned states are victims of Russian (or other) aggression, the US is committed to come to their military assistance.
