From what other witnesses have said, that snippet probably refers to Wilson charging Brown.

I’ve listened to the audio. It’s garbled, with more than one voice trying to talk over the other. And even what you can make out is that Brown “moved towards” Wilson. Not “charged,” not “rushed,” not “ran,” just “moved towards.”
