Yeah I was thinking about the sports owners who insist It’s a great investment guys but it’s actually a net loss for the communities in the area around the arena/stadium.

Hey, let’s get some cash strapped cities to spend a half a billion dollars to build a sports stadium/arena that is used only a handful of days a year so a billionaire owner can have a swanky new facility with more skyboxes and luxury seating and not have to share with anyone else, including the localities on gate/receipts, etc.

And if you don’t like my deal, I’ll move the team somewhere else.
