I guess. I just find it sort of darkly humorous to hear Geller, Coulter, etc put down the women’s movement when it’s clear that they have benefited albeit indirectly from it.

Well, that’s the thing. Part of where they get their current position from is thanks to the women’s movement, but part of it is by selling out to attack said movement. Basically, they’re saying “I’ve got mine.” Well, Coulter is, at least. Pam may just be that clueless.
