No, I was trying to make sure what I thought was Paul’s argument was accurately rendered.

His argument still isn’t germane to anything Barack Obama is doing or has done, but that’s not the real point. The real target of Rand Paul’s invective on this matter is Hillary Clinton. The point is to start dirtying Hillary up before 2016 ask loudly asking “HOW COULD YOU STAY MARRIED TO A MAN LIKE THAT?” The object is to make Mrs. Clinton look like a cold-hearted bitch who’d put up with wrongs done to others by her husband in exchange for power.

I don’t endorse this tactic, since it looks terrible, stretches the truth, and is unlikely to work.
