There will be peace and quiet, maybe for a month, maybe half a year. Once Hamas has rebuilt with the foreign aid that will pour in, they will fire three rockets. Just a test run. Blame it on some uncontrollable other terrorist group. Israel won’t respond for fear of international backlash, and the cycle repeats itself.

Absolutely, which is why I mentioned the need for some kind of international force in gaza or atleast on the border passage with Egypt, make the smuggling of weapons much harder. but of course that’s only buying time.
Do you have any ideas for a viable permanent solution?
