Hmm, off to re-heat leftover rotini for lunch.

Concoction sauce on it. Diced tomatoes, small can of tomato paste, minced garlic, olive oil, and basil, rosemary, parsley, jalapeno pepper fresh from the window boxes.

Chopped up two chicken sausages and browned them along with chopping up ten or so pitted kalamata olives to mix in.

Only thing I forgot to buy yesterday was a new block of Parmesan cheese. :(
