They are 15, 10 and 18 months. They stay up on school nights until about 11 and have to get up and 7. On weekends they will let them stay up all night.

at 15 and 10 they probably have enough energy for an 8 + hour sleep cycle.

I’m sure the 18 month old gets naps during the day so if he/she is sleeping through the night thats not a problem either
