FWIW, my husband had a tough time convincing me on the pellet gun, but the trap stopped working (there’s a learning curve but after a while they just ignored it) so I gave in. We have woods in back of our house full of all sorts of hungry critters and the bodies were always gone by the end of the day. And then the squirrels started avoiding our feeders like the plague. That learning curve works both ways.

Thanks, you can’t play nice with these guys. I’ve given them dried corn on the cob and seeds on the ground, and they just eat that and the birds. I think it has to be the gun, traps or both. They are relentless.
