Do you live in coyote country? If so, I would take the cat in and start to look for its parents.

I live in DC. We do have some coyotes in Rock Creek Park, but I doubt they’re as bold as they are in real “coyote country”.

Anyway, he greeted me and has now wandered away (upon sighting a neighbor to play with…. could even be the owner for all I know).
