Sounds like he has psychological problems other than being a moonbat spaz. Isn’t Belgium common law where everyone is considered “guilty until proven innocent”? Meh. Probably not even worth analyzing. I’ll admit when I was in my early 20s I was a biking asshole too. Today I just call them “bike Nazis”.

I love the ones that obey the traffic laws they want to obey (they take up a lane,,, signal when turning,,, etc) but have no problem breaking the ones they don’t want to (weaving in and out of cars at a red light to get up front ,,, NOT stopping at red lights/ stop signs ,, going against the grain of traffic if it’s more convenient)
