I’m waiting to see what things look like at the end of the War. Bani Walid is under siege, and Sirte hasn’t yet been reached by the Eastern or Misratan portions of the NLA.

I would expect that ethnicity wise, Libya will resemble Kosovo in response for a while. I would also expect Libya to become closer to the West and Arab World.

Qaddafi had some Pan-African Dream. Expect this to be thrown away, and for the NTC to pull much of its funding for the African Union.

Until they realize they miss their cheap labor…
