I suspect that if you asked Sen Paul to spell out further details of his ideal “Economic Freedom Zone” you’ll get one of two responses:
1. He’d totally lock up since he is talking out his ass in platitudes.
2. Something going far further into “freedom” from wage controls, environmental regulations, and probably some sort of heavy-duty tort protection.

How about the following as a reply: “Senator Paul, if you have a proposal, introduce the federal parts of it into the Senate as a bill. That is your job, after all.”
