Rustler, there’s a reason I pay $450! LOL Others pay $550. Over the years ceilings have fallen down and she took her sweet time to fix it. Rain would pour in several apartments and the hall, and not just leaks, but the actual torrents of rain! LOL The building is not up to code, but for the affordability, we all deal with the bad plumbing and iffy wiring.
