In a similar vein, my 2-year performance review is coming up. I hate performance reviews.

So did I. The reviews where favorable. Didn’t like evaluating myself. Usually gave myself a point below what I thought I really deserved. Learned that one the hard way. My first evaluation, well I over sold myself and my boss down dinged me.
