It would be like someone saying “go kill all ducks.” That’s something that inspires a criminal act.

Someone saying “fuck all parrots” is not breaking any law, because they are not suggest something that would break a law, although I know a number of parrots who would be bothered by this.

I beg to differ, most nations have laws against bestiality. The above quote suggests, albeit impractically for of us, an illegal activity…
