Mark Kirk is a moderate, Raymond Shaw is still one of the kindest people I’ve ever been around.

Mark Kirk is probably the most endangered GOP Senate incumbent in 2016. IMO that’s the main reason Kirk occasionally deviates from GOP orthodoxy.
