Rest assured that Charles Koch, the Mercers, Adelson, Foster Fries and the My Pillow Asshole will be prepared to dump hundreds of millions of dollars into the GOP to keep the Republicans in control of the Senate.

Maybe so. Mr. Koch has noted he would fund Democrats this time around though (and any Democrat who took his money would probably be toast).

The GOP is still defending more seats than the Dems. That said, some of those seats are in particularly red states (like Mike Enzi in Wyoming). We’ll have to see what happens. What we don’t need is a lefty version of the Tea Party.
