I actually like mowing my 1/4 acre lawn. I do different patterns every time, like going in a circle around a tree and spiraling out from there, or - if I’m really ambitious - mowing in one direction and then mowing in the right angled direction. After about 10 years, I’ve got several of my neighbors doing the same. It is actually supposed to be good for the lawn, too!

There is no mowing of anything on the property I’m on now… live on the side of a mountain, about 2 acres. When you have to clean up around here, you hire someone with a bush wacker and a chainsaw…
