In looking over the stimulus funds disbursement link posted last night, I find under the tab “most expensive” the number one item — at 17.5 billion — an energy project in Puerto Rico, and at number 14 another energy project for Puerto Rico in the amount of 1/2 billion. Both in Cidra, Puerto Rico.

WTH?

1628 and 14 job created, respectively. 14 jobs at a cost of 1/2 billion?
