Umm it would be a toxicology report on the guy who did the shooting (Zimmerman) not on the one getting a post mortem (Trayvon) the police didn’t check to see if Zimmerman had drugs in his system though they did check with Trayvon.

Checking for THC is routine for all autopsies, as I understand it.
