Unfortunately I don’t have my Jimmy Carter energy saving cardigan sweater to get me through the stimulus package. I will have to get a ‘gently used’ one at a thrift store, because I don’t have enough for a new one. I use my money for my bills, thus making me ineligible for all bailouts.
