Businesses are comprised of individuals. Individuals do not have the right to usurp other individuals’ rights, even if they use a business as a cover for their chicanery.

How is refusing to sell products they own to someone they do not like a usurpation of their rights?

The person in question certainly has no claim on the product since they have paid no money and done nothing to each said product or service.
