They should put a sign outside polling stations that reads:
If you’re going to flip a coin, then you’d might as well vote for the incumbent (regardless of party) since you are probably satisfied with your station in life and wish to stay there. And you’re a fucking idiot.

Just two separate lines, one for people who are ‘undecided’ when they enter the polling station. Instead of their votes being counted, they get put on a mailing list for copper bracelets, head-on, and other products for unengaged idiots.
