My brother used to deposit an amount in his savings account to make a full house or a prime number out of the total. Back then, a personal computer was made by Texas Instruments. Now he has a nicely-cooled room full of servers next to his office. With a slide rule framed on his office wall, with a caption: IN CASE OF POWER OUTAGE, BREAK GLASS
And I thought HE was a geek…
I like that. I have my grandfather’s slide rule from WW2 including the instruction book. I should make a case for it.
